The public services rendition tasks and Selection Skilled Workers on specializations and human resources. Other recruitments methodologies aside contracts includes appointments, auditions, apprenticeship and experience merits but importantly, being a documented worker through the government authorization such as the securin work permit licenses officially enacts the rendition services as legal services either as a civil servant, public or private employee or as an autonome under the acts of employments, health and safety act by the ministry of labor with insurance warranty.

In most circumstances, staffs are accredited, promoted by their values of impacts of works in their respective sectors, some are paid hourly, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or notified renewable annual contracts based on areas of industry. Hence there are records or proof of services, every taxed workers are legitimate as a citizen or residence and if as a foreign worker, a must apply for work permits or a work permit renewal is recommended to work or carry out services to avoid public assaults, employment ambush, removal, denials and other consequential related penalties except for becoming a permanent residence or citizen of that country to be exempted from work permit requirements.
