The Doctorates Of Immigration Service of the Federal Republic Of Kenya annoinces the issuance of Foreign National Certificate "Alien Identity Card" for all foreigners residing  in Kenya declared by the domicille President of Kenya William Ruto who has been in the office of the President since 13th September, 2022.

The protocols speculates on a mandatory issuance of the "Alien Card" to every foreigner in Kenya whose stays exceeds 90 days in thr country. The categories of the exempted personels for this immigration policies includes members of the Armed Forces, delegates of embassies and consulates representing their country iin Kenya ....
