Athough, the first data registrations was in 2003 and the disperse circulations was in 2004. The enrolments includes the captions of biometrics collections that entales the identified profile of citizens, giving accesses to participate at all levels of domestic and digital functions such as performing tasks of human resources, providing the documentations for natural purposes in alignments with government services. 







In response to the new sovereign developments, the newly empowered NIMC digital cards carries vita informations of the bearer whose photograph, names and the D.O.B appears on the document ans also their NIN. Coherently, the President His Excellency  Bola Ahmed Tinubu ensures safety and protections of personal informations, this methodology of profiling all citizens of Nigeria through the improved diigital infrastructure programs towards the population census project wiith recent recorded reports of about 136 millions data so far. It serves as access for municipal services such as identification card for traveling, financial tenders, commerce, healthcare, international passport protocols, voters permit and also, it serves as resident documents for foreigners in Nigeria, the primary process as a residence towards citizenship eligibility after 1095 days of physical presence in the country explained by UAEC.
