The name/brand registered to a project, artistry innovations be it an author, book, film, screenplay, broadcasting, publishing, theatre, music, real-time performance and other digital data contents is the legal owner to the acclaimed copyrights productions whereas the NCC prohibits content thefts and the misuses of the brand name published to the owners copyrighted works.
